Before we release ARC Security equipment, it goes through rigorous design and testing. It is certified by Underwriters Laboratories (U.L.), an independent testing organization that sets quality and use standards for electronic and consumer products. Open/Close Notification

Open and Close reporting documents the auxiliary code that arms or disarms the security system. This information is delivered to you via a password-protected website that can be accessed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Information pertaining to the openings and closings of all locations is real-time and is listed by location. Multiple logins can be assigned, giving access to all or only a portion of your location information. Open and Close reporting can increase your ability to manage your business when you are not there.

Testing and Inspection

Did you know that most all manufactures and NFPA 72 require testing of your fire alarm system? At ARC Security and Fire Solutions, Inc. we provide comprehensive testing and inspection services. Our staff will come to your home or facility and go through all performance aspects of your fire alarm, providing you with a detailed report of operation. If there should be any issues we will promptly notify you and suggest the proper solution, in most cases we will be in the position to rectify the issue immediately if desired. All of our customers that require test and inspection services will be notified by the office so that we can make arrangements to come to your facility at your convenience.
